2. The guide rails are made of wear-resistant materials and hardened alloy steel, resulting in high hardness and wear resistance, maintaining long-term precision and stability, and extending the life of the mold.

4. A pneumatic clutch and brake ensure rapid machine start and stop with low starting current. Three modes are available: "Inching," "Single Run," and "Continuous Run."
5. The pneumatic clamp mechanism has adjustable clamping force, ensuring stable grip even at high speeds. If the first set of clamps encounters a short material, it automatically opens to release the material and generates a shutdown alarm.
6. Both pressing and feeding are controlled by pneumatic cylinders for quick and easy operation. The feeding mechanism is a ratchet-and-pawl type. The pawl is equipped with an automatic lifting device during the return stroke to prevent friction and noise, ensuring smooth feeding without backlash.
7. The cutting mechanism uses a connecting rod to drive an S-shaped guide plate, providing smooth and powerful operation. The circular shears ensure a neat and flat cut surface, facilitating subsequent forming processes.
8. Each station of the rear ejector mechanism can be adjusted individually. The last station can be adjusted or replaced to achieve trimming and ejection.
9. The male mold ejection mechanism operates synchronously with the main slide's retraction to prevent damage caused by material being pulled out of the mold during forward punching.
10. Both the rear and front ejector mechanisms are equipped with pressure-sensing safety pins. In the event of an abnormality, they automatically break and the machine shuts down with an alarm, ensuring the integrity of key components.
11. Equipped with a frequency converter, the production speed can be infinitely adjusted. The PLC numerical control detection system uses data from various automatic detection points to comprehensively control the machine's operating status and display fault alarms.
