1.For small type such as 11B~17B,the connection between the crankshaft with machine body and impact link are using world brand bearing,which could run smoothly and get higher production.
2.For middle and big machine from 17B~41B,except the usual bearing type machine,we offer clients another special choice: Gear-Bush former.We use two-stage Gear trans system instead of the single bel-fying wheel system,which could improve the transmission efficiency and reduce main motor power,and we use allalloy bush on the connection where bearing were used before,which have good performance in producing S.S nut,bearing steel etc.This machine could save much more cost of bearing.
3.Machine body are casted by QT500-7,and were machined by precision CNC center imported from South Korea,after natural aging or stress relief annealing.
4.The slide ram of 6S former were designed"T"type,which makes the machine running smoothly and stably.That's why the 6S former are used to produce precision parts with complex shape.
5.The track plates of slide ram are designed adjustable,which could ensure the stability of slide ram after long-time working.
6.The cutting system is driven by"S"guiding block which is moving linear,which is powerful and stability
7.With pneumatic air braker,machine could be inching,running or stopped easily.
8.With the fault detector and safety protection device,machine will be stopped if there are something wrong under production.
