It has the following advantages:
The feeding adopts a non-hydraulic type ball screw, which reduces the effect of hydraulic temperature change on machining accuracy;
There are 4 processing methods: radial rolling, axial rolling, re-rolling and reciprocating rolling, which can be the same. The billet is rolled sequentially at several stations;
Equipped with special parts, it can realize all kinds of zeros, such as spline shafts, turbine shafts, ordinary threads, straight grains and aniloxes. pieces are precisely rolled;
Equipped with touch control panel, higher control precision;
Based on high rigidity bed, comprehensive design of various fixtures required for rolling;
Three-axis servo drive to improve the accuracy and service life of the mold;
The operation is simple, the left and right spindles can adjust the tooth pitch and tooth position between the rollers with data input, and the center distance size of the left and right spindles can be adjusted with input;
It can be strongly rolled, the left and right spindles are driven by independent servo motors, and the deviation between the teeth can be eliminated by synchronous control to achieve high rolling accuracy;
